Barcelona
Without a doubt one of the most beautiful cities in Europe: stroll and shop along the grand promenades, discover the fascinating old part of town, visit the Picasso museum, and marvel at Gaudi's fantastic "Modernismo" architecture. Girona
The provincial capital with an abundance of medieval charm: A highlight of any visit to Girona is the "Call", the narrow, 12th century Jewish quarters. Costa Brava
The "rugged coast" extends from the eastern Steep-Coast of the Pyrenees in the north to the metropolis Barcelona in the south. Picturesque fishing villages, long sandy beaches and secluded coves, of which some can only be reached by boar, characterize the coast.
Figueres
This is the hometown of the great surrealist painter Dalí. The Teatre-Museu exhibits the largest collection of the artist's work worlwide and is always worth a journey. Inside you can also see grand frescos and the artist's tomb.
